A Design Method of Magnetic Shielding for a Superconducting Magnetically Levitated Train.
For EDS-type magnetically levitated trains, magnetic shielding of stray fields produced by superconducting magnets is an important task. We seek the ‘optimal’ thickness distribution (configuration) of magnetic material, which is the lightest and keeps the magnetic field at tolerable levels in the vehicle.

Livermore's 2004 R&D 100 Awards: Magnetically Levitated Train Takes Flight [PDF]
the 1960s, transportation industry planners have sought an energy-efficient design for a train that can glide through air at speeds up to 500 kilometers per hour.

Annoyance caused by the sounds of a magnetic levitation train [PDF]
In a laboratory study, the annoyance caused by the passby sounds from a magnetic levitation (maglev) train was investigated. The listeners were presented with various sound fragments. The task of the listeners was to respond after each presentation to the question: “How annoying would you find the sound in the preceding period if you were exposed to it

Hierarchical motion synthesis of magnetically levitated trains
The technique of hierarchic construction of magnetic levitated train motion is offered. Its advantages and expediency of three-leveled system regulator were grounded. The global algorithm of its work is constructed.

Buildings' characteristics of magnet-levitated train operation
Factors, which complicate the situation of magnetic levitated train motion, are revealed and described. Influence of these complications on motion problems of a train is noted. The impossibility of parrying of the described collision without a radical rising of dynamic resources of a train is stated.

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots
This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.
