Can We Still Find an Ideal Memristor?
In 1971, Chua defined an ideal memristor that links magnetic flux φ and electric charge q. In a magnetic lump with a current-carrying conductor, we found that the direct interaction between physical magnetic flux φ and physical electric charge q is ...

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Intrinsic magnetism in nanosheets of SnO 2: A first-principles study [PDF]
arXiv:1210.3533v1We propose intrinsic magnetism in nanosheets of SnO 2, based on first-principles calculations. The electronic structure and spin density reveal that p orbitals of the oxygen atoms, surrounding Sn vacancies, have a non-itinerant nature ...

Synthesis and characterisation of ferrofluid synthesized from iron and manganese [PDF]
Ferrofluids were first used by NASA in the 1960s in order to control the motion of fluids within space, as a ferrofluid is a fluid that has unique magnetic properties.
