Robust Interlayer Exciton Interplay in a Twisted van der Waals Heterotrilayer on a Broadband Bragg Reflector up to Room Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 62, 3 August 2026.
In this work, we highlight a unique material platform capable of producing three distinct room temperature (RT) photoluminescence (PL) resonances from spatially separated regions composed of a heterobilayer (HBL), a homobilayer (HoBL), and an heterotrilayer (HTL) transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) heterostructures configuration on a highly ...

Microfluidic nanochips for rapid exosome isolation and multiplex biomarker profiling from a single blood drop: Toward sample‐to‐answer liquid biopsy

open access: yesClinical and Translational Discovery, Volume 6, Issue 4, August 2026.
A microfluidic nanodevice that analyses a single volume droplet of whole blood (10–50 microlitres (µL)) forms a fast and fully integrated exosome‐derived liquid biopsy. The closed system architecture involves plasma separation on chip, exosome enrichment by immunoaffinity and various size based, electrokinetic, acoustofluidic or hybridized strategies ...

Visualizing Magnetostructural Order in Rare‐Metastable Polymorph ε‐Fe2O3 Through Domain‐Resolved Raman Spectroscopy

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 7, Issue 8, August 2026.
Raman mapping of CVD‐grown ε‐Fe2O3 flakes reveals a sixfold magnetostructural domain pattern arising from rotational twinning. A symmetry‐sensitive phonon mode encodes magnetic order, enabling noninvasive imaging of ferrimagnetic domains across cryogenic to near‐Curie temperatures.

Magneto-Acoustic Resonances in Antimony

open access: yesMagneto-Acoustic Resonances in Antimony
application/pdf Spike-like sharp absorption peaks have been observed in an ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of antimony in a weak magnetic field range. This type of resonance is not caused by the electron in an extremal orbit as has been observed in many cases of geometric resonance, but it is probably due to the particular kind of selective coupling

Optical detection of magneto-acoustic dynamics

open access: yes

Ultrafast magneto-acoustics in magnetostrictive materials

open access: yes
