Ligand‐Induced Electronic Response Enables Predictive QM/MM Simulations

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) simulations are powerful tools for modeling complex molecular systems; however, their predictability has been constrained by the ambiguous definition of the QM region. An electronically informed protocol is introduced that defines QM regions by quantifying guest‐induced orbital shifts and charge ...

CD3ɛ Nanobody‐Engineered Extracellular Vesicles Driving In Vivo Generation of BiTE‐Secreting CAR‐Ts for Solid Tumor Therapy With Memory Response and Minimal Immunogenicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HEK‐293T‐derived CD3ε Nb‐engineered EVs to generate dual‐targeting CAR‐T cells directly in vivo. These EVs selectively deliver CAR.BiTE transgenes into T cells and reprogramed to HLA‐G/PD‐L1‐targeting effector cells with enhanced memory and persistence.

Neural Fields for Highly Accelerated 2D Cine Phase Contrast MRI

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT 2D cine phase contrast (CPC) MRI provides quantitative information on blood velocity and flow within the human vasculature. However, data acquisition is time‐consuming, motivating the reconstruction of the velocity field from undersampled measurements to reduce scan times. In this work, neural fields are proposed as a continuous spatiotemporal

Where are the world's top 100 I.T. firms - and why? [PDF]

open access: yes
Various publications tabulate and publish lists of the ?top 100? information-technology (I.T.) firms. The July 1997 issue of PD Magazine, for example, has a list showing that most of the world?s key firms in computing, software, semiconductors, and ...

Bayesian econometrics:conjugate analysis and rejection sampling using mathematica [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
Mathematica is a powerful "system for doing mathematics by computer" which runs on personal computers (Macs and MS-DOS machines), workstations and mainframes. Here we show how Bayesian methods can be implemented in Mathematica.

SpatialESD: Spatial Ensemble Domain Detection in Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Spatial transcriptomics (ST) measures gene expression while preserving spatial context within tissues. One of the key tasks in ST analysis is spatial domain detection, which remains challenging due to the complex structure of ST data and the varying performance of individual clustering methods. To address this, we propose SpatialESD, a Spatial

Record‐High Latent Heat, Ultra‐Fast Relaxation and Closed‐Loop Recycling Double‐Brush Polymer Networks for Self‐Adaptive Thermal Interface Management

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By grafting dense long double‐brush chains, we synthesized bottlebrush networks with high theoretical enthalpy. Their low entanglement, combined with dynamic bonds, promotes crystalline domain reorganization and minimizes enthalpy loss, achieving a record enthalpy of 240.7 J·g−1.
