This article introduces an input sparsity‐aware computing‐in‐memory macro featuring novel bidirectional conversion‐skippable analog‐to‐digital converters. By dynamically adjusting resolution based on element‐level sparsity, the architecture skips redundant most significant bit and least significant bit conversions.

Majorization Inequalities for n-Convex Functions with Applications to 3-Convex Functions
In this paper, we study majorization-type inequalities for n-convex (specifically 3-convex) functions. Numerous papers deal with such integral inequalities, in which n-convex functions are defined on compact intervals and nonnegative measures are used in

Inequity Aversion and the Stability of Majority Rule
Abstract Despite the empirical support for other-regarding behavior in humans, spatial voting theory has largely overlooked the role of social preferences. This work takes the perspective that individuals not only harbour selfish preferences regarding material possessions, but also experience emotions such as envy

Dimensions of the AI Divide: Digital Inequality and Psychological Consequences
ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a foundational component of contemporary social, economic, and political life. Yet, the ways in which AI reshapes patterns of exclusion beyond questions of access and technical capability remain insufficiently theorized.

ABSTRACT Open‐source artificial intelligence is widely promoted as a democratising pathway to digital sovereignty for African states, offering access to frontier architectures without prohibitive capital investment. This paper investigates whether open‐source AI represents a credible route to autonomy or generates a new form of structural dependency ...

On majorization, Favard and Berwald inequalities
In this paper, we obtain extensions of majorization type results and extensions of weighted Favard’s and Berwald’s inequality. We prove positive semi-definiteness of matrices generated by differences deduced from majorization type results and differences deduced from weighted Favard’s and Berwald’s inequality.

Abstract Our general interest is in global trade loss from livestock pathogens, specifically exports. We adopt a causal inference approach that considers animal disease outbreaks over time as non‐staggered binary treatments with the potential for switching in (infection) and out of treatment (recovery) within the sample period. The outcome evolution of

Majorizations and inequalities in matrix theory
This article is an excellent survey of results related to majorization in matrix theory since the appearance of the book ``Inequalities: theory of majorization and its applications'' (1979; Zbl 0437.26007) by \textit{A. W. Marshall} and \textit{I. Olkin}.
