Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology, Volume 40, Issue 8, August 2026.Methotrexate (MTX) altered oxidative stress parameters, reduced Nrf2 and HO‐1 protein expression, increased intrinsic apoptosis‐associated protein markers, and decreased cell viability in OVCAR‐3 cells. Antioxidant co‐treatment partially modulated these protein responses and oxidative stress parameters.
