ANXA2+ Small Extracellular Vesicles Drive Chemoresistance in Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer by Promoting XRCC5 Lactylation and Enhancing Non‐Homologous End‐Joining Repair

ANXA2+ sEVs promote cisplatin resistance in ATC by stabilizing the SRC/LDHA interaction, increasing LDHA phosphorylation and activity, and lactate production. Elevated lactate levels promote KAT5‐mediated lactylation of XRCC5 at lysine 265, enhancing its binding to XRCC6.

PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. Multiscale Spatial Fusion Feature‐Driven Characterization of Gastric Cancer Invasive Margins: A Multicenter Cohort Study for Preoperative Accurate Differentiation Between T4a and T4b Subtypes

This study develops a multi‐dimensional vision Transformer‐based model, GAVR, to accurately distinguish gastric cancer T4a/b stages preoperatively. Validated across multi‐center cohorts, it achieves excellent performance and significantly improves radiologists’ diagnostic accuracy, offering a promising tool for clinical decision‐making.
