Potato virus X is a filamentous RNA plant virus that can be engineered into a molecular tool for cancer therapy. We produced genetically‐encoded virus‐derived nanoparticles decorated with nanobodies targeting cancer cell receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2).

Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Managerial efficiency and hospitality industry: the Portuguese case [PDF]
In this paper, the innovative two-stage procedure of Simar and Wilson (2007) is used to estimate the efficiency determinants of Portuguese hotel groups from 1998 to 2005. In the first stage, the hotels' technical efficiency is estimated with DEA in order to establish which hotels have the most efficient performance.
