A generic stochastic model with only two input parameters is introduced to evaluate the message delay in mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) where nodes may relay messages. The Laplace-Stieltjes transform (LST) of the message delay is obtained for two protocols: the two-hop and the unrestricted multicopy protocol.

A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a dynamic wirele ss network that can be formed without any fixed and preexisting infrastructure in which each node can act as a router. In MANET, b oth legitimate as well as malicious nodes are there . In this paper, the current security issues in MANET are investigated.

IMPROVED ENERGY EFFICIENT CLUSTERING IN MANETS USING META-HEURISTIC OPTIMIZATION
A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a wireless network created by a radio terminal built into a mesh topology. Each node is deflected with respect to the other nodes. The Temporary networks can self-heal and automatically redirect back around a lost node.

An Overview of MANETs Simulation
AbstractMobile Ad hoc NETworks (MANETs) are dynamic networks populated by mobile stations. Stations in MANETs are usually laptops, PDAs or mobile phones. These devices feature Bluetooth and/or IEEE 802.11 (WiFi) network interfaces and communicate in a decentralized manner. Mobility is a key feature of MANETs.
