Step-climbing maneuver for transleg in the wheeled mode
2017 18th International Conference on Advanced Robotics (ICAR), 2017Transleg is a transformable leg-wheel robot conceived to work in the unstructured environment. The steps exist all over this environment, so it is essential that Transleg has the ability to negotiate the steps. The step-climbing performance of Transleg in the wheeled mode is studied in this paper.

Maneuvering dynamical systems by sliding-mode control
Proceedings of the 2004 American Control Conference, 2004Solving a tracking task as a maneuvering problem for dynamical systems has shown to be a flexible design methodology, having many advantages over pure trajectory tracking and path following designs. We give a constructive design for solving the maneuvering problem by sliding-mode control.

Nonlinear control for maneuvering multiple flexible mode systems
Proceedings of the 2004 American Control Conference, 2004This paper derives closed-loop control laws using a phase-plane approach for flexible structures having two flexible modes. The flexible modes are addressed by using multi-mode input shapers to shape the time-optimal control for the rigid body portion of the system, and then the altered rigid body phase-plane trajectories resulting from this shaping ...

Sliding-Mode Control Strategies for Rendezvous and Docking Maneuvers
Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics, 2017RENDEZVOUS and docking maneuvers represent operational key technologies in many spacecraft missions and consist of a series of orbital maneuvers and controlled trajectories during which an active spacecraft (chaser) tries to capture a passive target vehicle.

Maneuver modes analysis for hypersonic glide vehicles
Proceedings of 2014 IEEE Chinese Guidance, Navigation and Control Conference, 2014Maneuvers can enhance the penetration capacity of hypersonic glide vehicles. Three dimensional maneuver can be divided into longitudinal maneuver and lateral maneuver. Longitudinal skip maneuver mode, lateral waving maneuver mode and lateral turning maneuver mode were analyzed, and control variables were deduced in these maneuver modes.

Sliding-mode controller design for spacecraft attitude tracking maneuvers
IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, 1993A robust sliding-mode control law that deals with spacecraft attitude tracking problems is presented. Two important natural properties related to the spacecraft model of motion are discussed. It is shown that by using these properties and the second method of Lyapunov theory, the system stability in the sliding mode can be easily achieved.

The Maneuvering Motion Mode Identification and Analysis of Unmanned Surface Vehicle
Proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Computer Modeling and Simulation, 2019In this paper, the unmanned surface vehicle (USV) turning test and zig-zag test are performed and the test data are acquired. The identification mathematical model of the turning and zig-zag test has been established respectively, which has been connected with optimization algorithms including roulette genetic algorithm and growth mechanism genetic ...
