Ubiquitination dynamics in human tumour viruses: Viral infection, oncogenesis and antiviral therapy
The ubiquitin system is essential for cellular homeostasis and regulates many processes. Viruses, including oncogenic ones, exploit or evade this system to survive and replicate. This review explores how human tumour viruses manipulate the ubiquitination system to complete their life cycle, evade immunity and promote cancer.

Processing of DNA Topoisomerase II–DNA–Protein Crosslinks Associated With Anticancer Drugs
Topoisomerase II (TOP2) relieving DNA torsional stress is trapped by TOP2 poisons, such as etoposide, inducing DNA double‐strand breaks (DSBs) bearing TOP2–DNA–protein crosslinks (TOP2–DPCs), which must be removed before DSB repair. This review summarizes the TOP2–DPC resolution processes mediated by multiple pathways, including proteolysis and ...

Relapsed Mantle Cell Lymphoma Presenting as “Sister Mary Joseph Nodule”
The finding of umbilical metastasis has historically been called a “Sister Mary Joseph Nodule”. A few case reports of lymphoma presenting in this manner have been documented. We report a case of relapsed mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) presenting as a Sister

ABSTRACT This study assessed the anticancer activity of boron‐containing and structurally diverse small molecules in 4T1 breast cancer and Caco‐2 colon adenocarcinoma cells. Initial screening showed that five boronic acids lacked significant cytotoxicity, underscoring the structural specificity required for boron‐mediated bioactivity.
