We present a novel proteolysis‐targeting chimera (PROTAC) system conjugated to lipoic acid gold nanoclusters (PLANC), designed to degrade pTau, regulate inflammatory signaling, and effectively traverse the blood‐brain barrier (BBB). PLANC degraded pTau at various phosphorylation sites, with mechanistic studies confirming proteasome‐mediated degradation

Comparative genomics of Gondwana‐diverged Pila and Pomacea reveals parallel evolution of aerial oviposition. Convergent chromosomal rearrangements reshape regulatory landscapes within topologically associating domains. Lineage‐specific gene family expansions and viral‐derived perivitelline proteins (PV1) underpin desiccation resistance.

ABSTRACT CD19‐directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy has transformed outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), yet more than 40% relapse within one year. Early identification of patients at risk for progression could inform post CAR‐T surveillance and consolidation strategies.

Polymorphic mantle tissue patterns of Tridacna of Burmanallah coast, South Andaman [PDF]
141-146We investigated 42 different mantle tissue patterns in Tridacna species along the coast of Burmanallah, Andamans. Out of 42 mantle tissue patterns, T. maxima showed 18 different mantle patterns, T. crocea showed 22 different mantle patterns and T.

Abstract Hyperodapedontine rhynchosaurs possessed a unique oral apparatus, long interpreted as an adaptation for processing abrasive and resistant plant material. However, the microanatomical and histological evidence supporting this interpretation remains poorly documented.

Seven‐year surveillance reveals a cold‐adapted OsHV‐1 lineage in blood clams, with disease onset at 13°C—3–5°C lower than in oysters—and identifies asymptomatic carriers and facility effluent as key transmission routes. ABSTRACT Ostreid herpesvirus 1 (OsHV‐1) poses a major threat to bivalve aquaculture, but its impact on blood clams (Anadara ...

Comparative regeneration of excised mantle tissue in one year and seven year old Indian pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata (Gould) grown under land-based culture system [PDF]
Excised mantle tissue (saibo) from the donor oyster is one of the important factors determining quality of cultured pearls. The present study was conducted to compare the process of regeneration of excised mantle tissue in one year and seven year old ...
