Efficacy, safety and cost‐effectiveness of CAR‐T therapy
CAR T‐cells demonstrate high efficacy in blood cancers, including ALL, MM and DLBCL. Innovations target solid tumours despite challenges such as antigen escape. Combination therapies enhance the delivery and infiltration of CAR T cells. Toxicity, cost and resistance remain major barriers to clinical use.

Tracing the influence of the Trans-European Suture Zone into the mantle transition zone
Cratons with their thick lithospheric roots can influence the thermal structure, and thus the convective flow, in the surrounding mantle. As mantle temperatures are hard to measure directly, depth variations in the mantle transition zone (MTZ) discontinuities are often employed as a proxy.

Speed structure of the mantle under the Dnieper-Donets Depression and its surroundings. Part I
The article discusses the high-speed structure of the mantle under the Dnieper-Donets Depression (DDD). The solution obtained by the Taylor approximation of the solution of the three-dimensional seismic tomography problem is used.

The synthesis of 2‐methyl propellane and its conversion to various 1,2‐ and 1,2,3‐di‐ and trisubstituted bicyclopentanes is reported. Abstract Bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes (BCPs) have emerged as isosteric replacements for mono‐ and para‐substituted benzene rings in medicinal and materials applications, involving substitution at the BCP bridgehead (1,3 ...

This review elucidates the velocity–dispersion–attenuation coupling mechanisms of wave propagation in rock masses, compares six representative models, and reveals how pressure, temperature, mineral composition, and anisotropy jointly control dynamic responses in complex geological media.

The older ultramafic rocks of Aberdeenshire, similarities to SSZ ophiolites and significance for regional tectonics [abstract] [PDF]
It has long been known that there are at least two phases of mafic-ultramafic magmatism in NE Scotland (Read 1919), the well known Younger Gabbro suite and a lesser known ‘Older suite’.

The Hudson Bay Lithospheric Experiment (HuBLE) : Insights into Precambrian Plate Tectonics and the Development of Mantle Keels [PDF]
The UK component of HuBLE was supported by Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) grant NE/F007337/1, with financial and logistical support from the Geological Survey of Canada, Canada–Nunavut Geoscience Office, SEIS-UK (the seismic node of NERC ...

Multiphase Tectonic Process With Slab Dynamics in the Northern East China Sea Shelf Basin
Megasequence 1 characterised by Palaeocene extension and differential subsidence driven by the rollback of the subducting Izanagi Plate. Megasequence 2 records a kinematic reorganisation of the East Asian margin, transition from a rifting to a compressional regime.

Mantle roots of the Emeishan plume: an evaluation based on teleseismic P-wave tomography [PDF]
The voluminous magmatism associated with large igneous provinces (LIPs) is commonly correlated to upwelling plumes from the core–mantle boundary (CMB). Here we analyse seismic tomographic data from the Emeishan LIP in southwestern China.
