A Mesoionic Platform for Persistent Anionic Nitrogen‐Centered Radicals

Charge did not meet spin: Mesoionic 1,2,3‐triazines undergo reversible one‐electron reduction to persistent anionic nitrogen‐centered radicals. Electron paramagnetic resonance, single‐crystal x‐ray diffraction, and calculations reveal nitrogen‐localized spin and structural reorganization, while crystalline salts show clean redox cycling.

In Vivo Nb4C3Tx MXene‐Assisted Photothermal Therapy of Melanoma in Mice

Nb4C3Tx MXene converts pulsed 1064 nm irradiation into localized heat, producing concentration‐ and time‐dependent melanoma cell killing in vitro and suppressing tumor growth in mice. Differential Water Networks Guide Selectivity Optimization of a Cell Active BPTF Inhibitor in Neuroblastoma

BZ2 is a second‐generation Bromodomain PHD finger Transcription Factor (BPTF) inhibitor with improved selectivity over Class I and Class IV BRD off‐targets identified in our previously reported inhibitor, BZ1. Structural analyses reveal that water network engagement is key to this selectivity.

A modular farnesyltransferase‐based chemoenzymatic platform enables fast, site‐specific labeling of nanobodies for PET imaging of inflammation. CD11b‐targeted PET agents selectively image myeloid‐driven inflammation, while CD45‐targeted PET agents provide sensitive whole‐body immune mapping.
