Abstract Trained pharmacometricians remain scarce in Africa due to limited training opportunities, lack of a pharmaceutical product development ecosystem, and emigration to high‐income countries. Evaluating anisotropy‐based Monin–Obukhov similarity theory over canopies and complex terrain
