Corrosion Inhibition Mechanism and Stability of Quinic Acid as a Green Corrosion Inhibitor on Mild Steel. [PDF]
ChemistryOpenIt has been found that quinic acid, an organic acid found in various plants, exhibits a high level of corrosion inhibition activity in preventing HCl‐induced corrosion and maintains its stability up to 144 h. Environmentally friendly quinic acid has a high potential for use as corrosion inhibitors in mild steel.

Food Sci NutrTartrazine exposure led to dose‐dependent increases in liver enzyme biomarkers and DNA damage, while co‐administration of curcumin reduced some of these effects.
