Deep Learning Network‐Tailored Microenvironment Matching of 4D Bioprinting Bioactive Scaffolds for Bone Regeneration

A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.

Identification of an Osteochondral Erosion Process in Gout Driven by Fibrinogen‐Integrin Activation and Local MSU Crystallization

Cartilage injury promotes local fibrinogen deposition, which accelerates monosodium urate crystallization and activates integrin‐mediated matrix‐degradation. This self‐amplifying cycle drives gout‐related cartilage erosion. Disrupting fibrinogen deposition or restoring the cartilage barrier could interrupt this vicious cycle.

Electric field‑driven continuous gradient hydrogel GHZF4 achieves spatiotemporal growth factor release, modulates immune microenvironment, angiogenesis and osteochondral differentiation. It realizes cell‑free functional osteochondral repair in rat/rabbit models, offering a promising biomimetic strategy for gradient tissue regeneration.

Marginal bone loss in the adult population in the county of Skåne, Sweden.

The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and extent of periodontal disease registered as marginal bone loss and subject characteristics in the adult population in the county of Skåne in Sweden. One thousand individuals, 20-89 years old, were randomly selected and 451 subjects agreed to participate in the study.
