Impact of fibromyalgia on patient acceptable symptom state in Thai patients with spondyloarthritis: A cross‐sectional study

open access: yesRheumatology &Autoimmunity, EarlyView.
This cross‐sectional study enrolled Thai patients with spondyloarthritis to assess the prevalence and its impact. Fibromyalgia was present in 5.5% and significantly impaired health‐related quality of life and symptom perception. Low disease activity, good sleep quality, and FS < 3 were independently associated with achieving PASS.
