Upcycling Waste Low‐Density Polyethylene into Highly Crystalline Graphite

A bias‐tunable multispectral photodetector based on a TexSe1‐x/GaN homo‐type heterojunction with a unidirectional barrier is proposed. By modulating the bias polarity and magnitude, the device's spectral response range can be extended from UV to the SWIR region.
