International Insolvency Review, EarlyView.Abstract This lecture in honour of the late Gabriel Moss QC and Ian Fletcher QC examines the challenge of climate‐related financial risk. Prudential regulators and central banks recognize that the systemic nature of climate‐related financial risk makes it an emerging vulnerability relevant to cross‐border insolvency resolution.

The Journal of Wildlife Management, EarlyView.We determined that more isolated and possibly older nest boxes were selected by little penguins for breeding at Pōhatu/Flea Bay, New Zealand. However, breeding success was influenced by lay date in comparison to nest box characteristics. These findings inform immediate conservation recommendations regarding nest box design and placement.
