Elucidating the Staphylococcus aureus TSST‐1 Regulatory Network as a Response to Vaginal pH
Toxic shock syndrome toxin‐1 (TSST‐1) is a potent Staphylococcus aureus superantigen responsible for menstrual toxic shock syndrome (mTSS). Regulation of TSST‐1 is controlled by multiple systems including the stand‐alone transcriptional regulators CcpA and SarA and two‐component systems including the redox sensor SrrAB, the membrane stress sensor SaeRS,

Markerless Camera Pose Estimation - An Overview.
As shown by the human perception, a correct interpretation of a 3D scene on the basis of a 2D image is possible without markers. Solely by identifying natural features of different objects, their locations and orientations on the image can be identified. This allows a three dimensional interpretation of a two dimensional pictured scene.

Marker Data Enhancement For Markerless Motion Capture
Abstract Objective Human pose estimation models can measure movement from videos at a large scale and low cost; however, open-source pose estimation models typically detect only sparse keypoints, which leads to inaccurate joint kinematics.

6-Degree Vision based Tracking of a Mandible Phantom with Deep Learning
During maxillofacial surgery, the precise placement of surgical tools is crucial for accurate implant placement. Particularly if multiple implants are needed, e.g., after cancerous bone removal, visual landmarks might not be obtainable.

Comparison of Marker-Based and Markerless Motion Capture Systems for Measuring Throwing Kinematics
Background: Marker-based motion capture systems are commonly used for three-dimensional movement analysis in sports. Novel, markerless motion capture systems enable the collection of comparable data under more time-efficient conditions with higher ...

Projector Calibration using a Markerless Plane.
In this paper we address the problem of geometric video projector calibration using a markerless planar surface (wall) and a partially calibrated camera. Instead of using control points to infer the camera-wall orientation, we find such relation by efficiently sampling the hemisphere of possible orientations. This process is so fast that even the focal
