Subgeometric Ergodicity under Random-Time State-Dependent Drift Conditions
Motivated by possible applications of Lyapunov techniques in the stability of stochastic networks, subgeometric ergodicity of Markov chains is investigated.

Ultra‐Wide‐Field Noninvasive Imaging Through Scattering Media Via Physics‐Guided Deep Learning
We propose a physics‐guided adaptive dual‐domain learning method for ultra‐wide‐field noninvasive imaging through scattering media, namely UNI‐Net. Our method not only reduces the requirement for real experimental data by an order of magnitude but also enables clear imaging of complex scenes with an ultra‐large field of view, which is 164 times the OME

We investigate random-time state-dependent Foster-Lyapunov analysis on subgeometric rate ergodicity of continuous-time Markov chains (CTMCs). We are mainly concerned with making use of the available results on deterministic state-dependent drift ...

Checking LTL Properties of Recursive Markov Chains
We present algorithms for the qualitative and quantitative model checking of Linear Temporal Logic (LTL) properties for Recursive Markov Chains (RMCs). Recursive Markov Chains are a natural abstract model of procedural probabilistic programs and related ...

Markov chains and schrodinger bridges [PDF]
The study of sequences of dependent random variables arose at the beginning of the twentieth century. In 1906 the Russian mathematician Andrei Andreyevich Markov (1856-1922), a Chebyshev’s pupil, introduced some mathematical models to this end. His focus

Full‐Stack Architectures for Intelligent Brain‐Computer Interfaces
System‐level overview of brain–computer interfaces (BCIs), illustrating the integration of neural signal acquisition, wireless transmission, and adaptive decoding. Advanced electrode, tissue interfaces, energy‐efficient communication, and robust algorithms collectively enable stable signal quality, real‐time processing, and closed‐loop operation ...

PageRank of Gluing Networks and Corresponding Markov Chains
This paper studies Google’s PageRank algorithm. By an innovative application of the method of gluing Markov chains, we study the properties of Markov chains and extend their applicability by accounting for the damping factor and the personalization ...

On automorphisms of Markov chains [PDF]
We prove several theorems about automorphisms of Markov chains, using the weight-per-symbol polytope.

Markov chains conditioned never to wait too long at the origin [PDF]
Motivated by Feller's coin-tossing problem, we consider the problem of conditioning an irreducible Markov chain never to wait too long at 0. Denoting by τ the first time that the chain, X, waits for at least one unit of time at the origin, we consider ...
