Artificial Intelligence‐Assisted Experimental Optimization of Water Oxidation Catalysts

open access: yesChemie Ingenieur Technik, EarlyView.
The use of active learning techniques is explored to optimize the startup phase of bulk nickel electrodes in the oxygen evolution reaction. The created dataset is utilized, dimension reduction is applied, and the information learned through an artificial neural network is extracted with an optimization routine.

Defining the pig microglial transcriptome reveals its core signature, regional heterogeneity, and similarity with human and rodent microglia

open access: yesGlia, Volume 71, Issue 2, Page 334-349, February 2023., 2023
Main Points Defined a pig microglial transcriptome signature comprising 239 genes. Demonstrated regional variance in the pig microglial transcriptome across the brain. Revealed similarity of pig microglial gene expression to that of human and mouse microglia.

Constrained Markov Decision Processes

open access: yes, 1995
This report presents a unified approach for the study of constrained Markov decision processes with a countable state space and unbounded costs. We consider a single controller having several objectives; it is desirable to design a controller that minimize one of cost objective, subject to inequality constraints on other cost objectives. The objectives

Neuropsychiatric symptoms associated multimodal brain networks in Alzheimer's disease

open access: yesHuman Brain Mapping, Volume 44, Issue 1, Page 119-130, January 2023., 2023
Neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS)‐associated multimodal pattern spatially involves frontal‐subcortical limbic circuits, which significantly associated with cognitive performance and progression. Different frontal‐subcortical limbic circuit regions suffer different pathogenic mechanisms in Alzheimer's disease subjects concomitant with NPS.
