A Fully Distributed Collection Technology for Mass Simulation Data
2013 International Conference on Computational and Information Sciences, 2013Massive data have been generated in large-scale distributed simulation based on HLA. The data collection in passively subscribing way cannot meet the requirements of data integrity and simulation scalability. Based on the analysis of existing problems, a new fully distributed collection method was proposed.

Simple modification of a commercial mass spectrometer for metastable data collection
International Journal of Mass Spectrometry and Ion Physics, 1972Abstract The geometry of a Hitachi Perkin—Elmer RMU-7 double-focusing mass spectrometer was reversed by interchanging the positions of ion source and electron multiplier. The high metastable resolution of the modified instrument (150 for narrow peaks) resulted in 57 new transitions found for n-decane.
