Baryon Mass Spectrum

Physical Review, 1960
It is assumed that the $\ensuremath{\pi}$-baryon interactions are universal and the $K$-baryon interactions account for the large mass differences between baryons. If further all baryon spins are \textonehalf{} and $K$ spin is zero, ($\ensuremath{\Sigma}, \ensuremath{\Lambda}$) parity is even, the ($\ensuremath{\Sigma}, \ensuremath{\Lambda}$) mass ...

The mass spectrum of mevalonolactone

Organic Mass Spectrometry, 1974
AbstractThe principal fragmentation pathways of mevalonolactone are initiated by cleavage α to the hydroxyl function. Each major route has been delineated by using isotopic labelling and metastable analysis. A knowledge of this fragmentation pattern is useful for the calculation of isotopic purity and specificity in samples of mevalonolactone used as ...

Mass spectrum of nitromethane

Organic Mass Spectrometry, 1974
AbstractThe mass spectrum of nitromethane points to rupture of the CH3NO2 bond as the dominant primary reaction, as also observed in pyrolysis, photolysis and radiolysis. Isomerization of the molecular ion to the nitrite configuration seems to contribute little in the mass spectrum of nitromethane, in contrast to those of nitrobenzene and other ...

Mass spectrum of the strange dibaryon

Physical Review D, 1988
Based on the diquark-cluster model, the mass spectrum of low-lying S=-1 strange dibaryons is predicted. In this scheme, two ${J}^{P}$${=0}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$ states with I=(1/2 and (3/2 are degenerate at the lowest-energy level, around 2.2 GeV c.m. energy.

The Mass Spectrum of Cocaine

Journal of Forensic Sciences, 1997
Abstract The current literature allows an analysis of the electron impact mass spectral fragmentations of cocaine (I). Using published high-resolution mass measurements as a reference, the mass spectra of several cocaine derivatives were examined—specifically those having individual functional group modifications at the nitrogen, alkyl ...

Meson mass spectrum

Il Nuovo Cimento, 1959
Extended particles can possess an angular momentum as well as an intrinsic spin s. The energy can be expected to be a function of l(l + 1) and of s(s + 1) and may assume the simple form E/C/sup 2/ = aSTAl(l + 1) + s(s + l)!m/ sub e/The lightest meson is the mu meson with mass m == 207 m/sub e/.

Ultrasonic spectrum of adrenal masses

Urology, 1979
Adrenal masses are amenable to ultrasonic examination. The ultrasonic characteristics of eight adrenal masses in 6 patients are described. In particular, an ultrasonic study of the natural history and progression of a large adrenal adenoma is reported.
