症例は64歳男性.右鎖骨の病的骨折で発症,その後反復性の血性胸水貯留による呼吸困難が出現した.徐々に骨融解は進行し,右鎖骨より肩甲骨,下位肋骨にまで及んだ.鎖骨部骨生検において骨基質の消失と異型性を伴わない内皮細胞からなる洞様血管の増生を認め, massive osteolysisと診断したが,呼吸不全のため死亡した. massive osteolysisは進行性の骨融解を特徴とする原因不明の疾患であるが,稀な一症例として今回報告する.
