Master/slave manipulator system [PDF]

open access: yes, 1973
System capabilities are equivalent to mobility, dexterity, and strength of human arm. Arrangement of torque motor, harmonic drive, and potentiometer combination allows all power and control leads to pass through center of slave with position-transducer ...

Master Operators Govern Multifractality in Percolation

open access: yes, 2000
Using renormalization group methods we study multifractality in percolation at the instance of noisy random resistor networks. We introduce the concept of master operators.

Integrability on the Master Space [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
It has been recently shown that every SCFT living on D3 branes at a toric Calabi-Yau singularity surprisingly also describes a complete integrable system.

Exercise Interventions in Children, Adolescents and Young Adults With Paediatric Bone Tumours—A Systematic Review

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.

Predicting the Future Burden of Renal Replacement Therapy in Türkiye Using National Registry Data and Comparative Modeling Approaches

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Chronic kidney disease is a growing public health problem worldwide, and the number of patients requiring renal replacement therapy is steadily increasing. Türkiye has experienced a similar rise in both the incidence and prevalence of renal replacement therapy over the past decades; however, national‐level projections of future ...

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
