Progressive Graph Matching Network for Correspondences
This paper presents a progressive graph matching network shorted as PGMNet. The method is more explainable and can match features from easy to hard. PGMNet contains two major blocks: sinkformers module and guided attention module.

Social Games: Matching and the Play of Finitely Repeated Games [PDF]
We examine a new class of games, which we call social games, where players not only choose strategies but also choose with whom they play. A group of players who are dissatisfied with the play of their current partners can join together and play a new ...

The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
