Matching pursuit shrinkage in Hilbert spaces [PDF]
In this paper, we study a variant of the Matching Pursuit named Matching Pursuit Shrinkage. Similarly to the Matching Pursuit it seeks for an approximation of a datum living in a Hilbert space by a sparse linear expansion in an enumerable set of atoms.

Simultaneous optimized orthogonal matching pursuit with application to ECG compression. [PDF]
A greedy pursuit strategy which finds a common basis for approximating a set of similar signals is proposed. The strategy extends the Optimized Orthogonal Matching Pursuit approach to selecting the subspace containing the approximation of all the signals

A Weak Selection Stochastic Gradient Matching Pursuit Algorithm [PDF]
In the existing stochastic gradient matching pursuit algorithm, the preliminary atomic set includes atoms that do not fully match the original signal. This weakens the reconstruction capability and increases the computational complexity.

Adaptive Weight Multi-channel Matching Pursuit Algorithm-Based Strong Shielding Removal Method
The strata with large impedance differences are presented as strong amplitude seismic events on the seismic profile, which obscure useful information of nearby reservoirs and need interpretive target processing to remove the strong shielding.

Multipath Matching Pursuit [PDF]
In this paper, we propose an algorithm referred to as multipath matching pursuit (MMP) that investigates multiple promising candidates to recover sparse signals from compressed measurements. Our method is inspired by the fact that the problem to find the candidate that minimizes the residual is readily modeled as a combinatoric tree search problem and ...

An improved algorithm of segmented orthogonal matching pursuit based on wireless sensor networks
Aiming at the problems of low data reconstruction accuracy in wireless sensor networks and users unable to receive accurate original signals, improvements are made on the basis of the stagewise orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm, combined with ...

Preconditioned generalized orthogonal matching pursuit
Recently, compressed sensing (CS) has aroused much attention for that sparse signals can be retrieved from a small set of linear samples. Algorithms for CS reconstruction can be roughly classified into two categories: (1) optimization-based algorithms ...

Recovery of Sparse Signals via Modified Hard Thresholding Pursuit Algorithms
In this paper, we propose a modified version of the hard thresholding pursuit algorithm, called modified hard thresholding pursuit (MHTP), using a convex combination of the current and previous points.
