Nanotherapeutic Macrophage‐Neuro Reprogramming Through Immunometabolic Crosstalk Mitigates Sepsis‐Induced Lung Injury and Neurologic Damage

SJNPs co‐deliver JHU083 and spermine to reprogram macrophage–neuron immunometabolic crosstalk in sepsis. By suppressing pro‐inflammatory M1 polarization and promoting NGF‐mediated neurotrophic signaling, SJNPs preserve pulmonary neuronal integrity, alleviate lung injury, and improve survival in murine sepsis models.

Arteannuin B Inhibits NSCLC Cells via Regulating miR‐194‐3p/CLDN2 Axis

Arteannuin B (Art B), a sesquiterpene lactone from Artemisia annua, upregulates miR‐194‐3p, which directly targets two conserved sites (nt 358–365 and 1232–1238) in the CLDN2 3′ UTR. This triggers mRNA decay and blocks translation, suppressing CLDN2 expression.

Mapping the SHP2 Allosteric Pocket With Target‐Biased Covalent Fragments

Target‐biased fragments combine electrophilic warheads with inhibitor pharmacophore elements. Applied to the oncogenic phosphatase SHP2, they covalently label K492 in the tunnel allosteric site, enhancing enzyme inhibition and providing a starting point for covalent SHP2 inhibitor development.
