Journal of Japan Academy of Midwifery, 1993 母性看護実習中のストレスと対処の実態を明らかにする目的で, 3年課程の看護短大生96名に質問紙による調査を行い, 以下の結果が得られた.(1) 臨床場では, 統計的に有意 (T-検定) に実習前 (朝) のほうが終了後 (夕) よりもストレスが高かった.(2) 実習前 (朝) のストレスは, 増加したり, 減少したり, 持続したりするが, その変化は一直線ではなく, さまざまに変化していることがわかった.(3) ストレスがある, あるいは高いと感ずるのは,(1) 普段と違う身体感覚,(2) 普段と違う情動反応,(3) 普段と違う行動反応などを知覚するからであることがわかった.(4) ストレスの原因・理由は,(1) 新しい実習経験, 母性特有であるから,(2) 記録物に関するもの,(3) 個人的な問題
