Translational PBPK Modeling and Exposure‐Response Analysis of AT‐RvD1 for Treating Sjögren's Disease

open access: yesClinical and Translational Science, Volume 19, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Sjögren's disease (SD) is an autoimmune condition characterized by chronic inflammation and impaired secretory function of the salivary glands (SG). The proresolving lipid mediator AT‐RvD1 restores SG function in SD‐like mice; however, its tissue pharmacokinetics, exposure‐response relationships, and human dose predictions remain poorly ...

Carbon Accumulation in Tropical Dry Forests and Savannas Despite Widespread Land‐Cover Change, Revealed by Radar Remote Sensing

open access: yesGlobal Change Biology, Volume 32, Issue 10, October 2026.
We map aboveground carbon density (AGCD) across tropical dry forests and savannas at 100 m for 2015–2024 using ALOS‑2 L‑band radar calibrated with field plots. Aboveground carbon (AGC) stocks total 25.3 ± 2 PgC (13% of global AGC) and net AGC is increasing at 0.43 ± 0.07 PgC yr−1 (20% of the land sink).

Forecasting and Explaining Ethanol Price Through Shapley Additive Explanations: Evidence From Two Decades of Panel Agroeconomic Data in Brazil

open access: yesGCB Bioenergy, Volume 18, Issue 10, October 2026.
Explainable AI reveals how biological feedstock quality, energy markets, and policy factors jointly shape ethanol price dynamics. Deep learning improves forecasting accuracy while identifying sugarcane quality (TRS), gasoline prices, taxation, and macroeconomic variables as key drivers in a major bioenergy system.

Tracing Sticky Trails: The Historical Biogeography of Australia's Glandular Goose‐Foots (Dysphania, Chenopodioideae, Amaranthaceae)

open access: yesJournal of Biogeography, Volume 53, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Aim The overarching aim of this study is to reconstruct the spatiotemporal evolutionary history of Australian Dysphania, including testing the littoral connection hypothesis, assessing the role of reticulation and identifying the major drivers of diversification within the lineage. Location Australia and New Zealand.
