In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Operative Proofs in School Mathematics and Elementary Mathematics [PDF]
AbstractThis paper gives an account of the conceptual and practical approach to “operative proofs” that has been developed in the Mathe 2000 project. By means of some typical learning environments, this notion and its theoretical background are explained.

Isometries and spectra of multiplication operators on the Bloch space
In this paper, we establish bounds on the norm of multiplication operators on the Bloch space of the unit disk via weighted composition operators. In doing so, we characterize the isometric multiplication operators to be precisely those induced by ...

This study introduces a novel chloro boron subphthalocyanine/polymer blend OFET sensor achieving 0.005 ppb limit of detection for ammonia at room temperature and high selectivity against similar amines. An original theoretical framework is proposed to describe the sensing mechanism, relating analyte molecular volume and Lewis basicity to sensor ...

Applying a high electric field to a doped organic semiconductor heats up the charge carrier distribution beyond the lattice temperature, enhancing conductivity. It is shown that the associated effective temperature can be used to extract the effective localization length, which is a characteristic length scale of charge transport and provides ...

This study presents a dynamic interaction between liquid resins and photopolymerized structures enabled by an in situ light‐writing setup. By controlling a three‐phase interface through localized photopolymerization, which provides physical confinement for the remaining uncured resin regions, the approach establishes a programmable pathway that ...

Nanothermometry in Living Cells: Physical Limits, Conceptual and Material Challenges
Heat and temperature are fundamental to life. When nanothermometers began probing regions as small as a living cell, they triggered controversial claims of large intracellular temperature gradients. We review physical constraints energy‐conservation, entropy production, thermodynamic fluctuations, and molecular dynamics.
