ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN REPRESENTASI MATEMATIS PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI PROGRAM LINEAR

open access: yesJupitek, 2021
Mathematical representation ability is the ability to present notations, symbols, tables, pictures, graphs, diagrams, equations, or other mathematical expressions into other forms possessed by students to find solutions to a problem at hand.

Mathematical Programming Decoding of Binary Linear Codes: Theory and Algorithms

open access: yes, 2014
Mathematical programming is a branch of applied mathematics and has recently been used to derive new decoding approaches, challenging established but often heuristic algorithms based on iterative message passing.

MATRIX GREEN’S FUNCTION OF DOUBLE-DIFFUSIVITY PROBLEM AND ITS APPLICATIONS TO PROBLEMS WITH INNER POINT SOURCE

open access: yesTASK Quarterly, 2019
The matrix Green’s function of the initial-boundary value problem of admixture double-diffusivity is defined. The initial-boundary value problem with a point source is formulated for the matrix elements for determination of the matrix Green’s function ...

The Aircraft Landing Problem

open access: yesCommunications, 2003
The problem studied in the paper is an air traffic problem on the airport runway. The goal is finding an aircraft landing sequence that meets the time window for the particular aircraft and at the same time the separation times between two aircraft ...

Rank-Based Solution Methods and their Applications in Determination of Non-Dominated Points Set For A Multi-Objective Integer Programming Model [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, 2020
For any single-objective mathematical programming model, rank-based optimal solutions are computationally difficult to find compared to an optimal solution to the same single-objective mathematical programming model.

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Application of semidefinite programming to maximize the spectral gap produced by node removal [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
The smallest positive eigenvalue of the Laplacian of a network is called the spectral gap and characterizes various dynamics on networks. We propose mathematical programming methods to maximize the spectral gap of a given network by removing a fixed ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.
