A real n n matrix is a nonnegative P0-matrix if its principal minors are nonnegative and all its entriesare nonnegative. A digraph D is said to have nonnegative P0-matrix completion if every partial nonnegative P0-matrix specifying D can be completed to a nonnegative P0- matrix. In this paper we study nonnegative P0-matrix completion for p=6 vertices ...

The energetic offset between the donor and the acceptor components in organic photoactive layers is central to the tradeoff between photovoltage and photocurrent losses. This Perspective covers the most important issues surrounding this topic in non‐fullerene acceptor blends, from the difficulty of accurately determining state energies and driving ...

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.

Measuring the Hall Effect in Hysteretic Materials
The authors highlight common pitfalls in measuring the Hall effect: in hysteretic magnets, improper data processing can create signals that look exotic but are not real. This Perspective explains the origin of these artifacts and presents practical measurement strategies that help researchers identify reliable Hall responses in complex magnetic ...

Laser‐Assisted Phase Engineering of 2D MoS2 for Efficient Solution‐Processed Electronics
Here, local laser‐assisted phase transition from solution‐processed phase‐pure 1T′ to 2H MoS2 is shown to critically depend on the irradiation atmosphere. While processing in air leads to damaged insulating regions, inert conditions yield semiconducting 2H domains, enabling direct field‐effect transistor patterning with optimized lateral 1T′‐2H MoS2 ...

Distance Matrix Completion by Numerical Optimization
Consider the problem of determining whether or not a partial dissimilarity matrix can be completed to a Euclidean distance matrix. The dimension of the distance matrix may be restricted and the known dissimilarities may be permitted to vary subject to ...
