A variant of the reciprocal super Catalan matrix
Recently Prodinger [8] considered the reciprocal super Catalan matrix and gave explicit formulæ for its LU-decomposition, the LU-decomposition of its inverse, and obtained some related matrices. For all results, q-analogues were also presented.

Matrix methods in decompositions of modules
AbstractMatrix methods of elementary linear algebra are extended to general direct-sum decompositions of modules. These methods are then shown to yield simple proofs of some well-known theorems, notably the Beck-Warfield “mutual exchange property” and the Krull-Schmidt theorem.

Internal Temperature Evolution Metrology and Analytics in Li‐Ion Cells
This study investigates the non‐linear evolution of internal temperatures across diverse operating conditions, highlighting the disparities between internal and external measurements and the resulting thermal asymmetries. The coupled thermo‐electrochemical modeling framework provides a comprehensive analysis of various heat generation modes, examining ...

This study reveals that higher shell S coordination can effectively modulate the spin state of FeN4 site via long‐range electronic interactions, giving rise to the oriented generation of singlet oxygen from peroxymonosulfate activation. Abstract Precise manipulation of coordination structure of single‐atom sites and establishment of schematic ...

Multi‐view registration based on weighted LRS matrix decomposition of motions
Recently, the low‐rank and sparse (LRS) matrix decomposition has been introduced as an effective mean to solve the multi‐view registration. It views each available relative motion as a block element to reconstruct one sparse matrix, which then is used to

Sparse matrix decompositions and graph characterizations
The question of when zeros (i.e., sparsity) in a positive definite matrix $A$ are preserved in its Cholesky decomposition, and vice versa, was addressed by Paulsen et al. in the Journal of Functional Analysis (85, pp151-178). In particular, they prove that for the pattern of zeros in $A$ to be retained in the Cholesky decomposition of $A$, the pattern ...

By fabricating and covalently assembling gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) porous microgels, a new class of granular hydrogel scaffolds with hierarchical porosity is developed. These scaffolds have a significantly higher void fraction than their counterparts made up of nonporous microgels, enhancing cell recruitment and tissue integration. This research may
