The Dual JL Transforms and Superfast Matrix Algorithms
We call a matrix algorithm superfast (aka running at sublinear cost) if it involves much fewer flops and memory cells than the matrix has entries. Using such algorithms is highly desired or even imperative in computations for Big Data, which involve ...

This study investigated how PYCR1 inhibition in bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) indirectly affects multiple myeloma (MM) cell metabolism and viability. Culturing MM cells in conditioned medium from PYCR1‐silenced BMSCs impaired oxidative phosphorylation and increased sensitivity to bortezomib.

The parameter matrix of the two-dimensional non-separable linear canonical transform (2D-NSLCT) determines its specific form and properties. Certain forms of the 2D-NSLCT are consistent with well-known transforms, such as two-dimensional non-separable ...

Phase Transformation Behavior of Ultrasonic-treated 7085 Aluminum Alloy During Heat Treatment
The transformation behavior of secondary phases in conventional ingot and ultrasonic ingot during heat-treatment process were investigated by OM, SEM, EDS and DSC. Crystalline phase transition was observed by SEM with in situ heating station.

This study characterizes the responses of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient samples to the MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665. The results revealed that monocytic differentiation is associated with MIK665 sensitivity. Conversely, elevated ABCB1 expression is a potential biomarker of resistance to the treatment, which can be overcome by the combination ...

In this paper, a new version of the strongly coupled nonlinear fractal-fractional Schrödinger equations is introduced by using the fractal-fractional derivatives in the Riemann-Liouville sense with Mittag-Leffler kernel.

Average characteristic polynomials in the two-matrix model
The two-matrix model is defined on pairs of Hermitian matrices $(M_1,M_2)$ of size $n\times n$ by the probability measure $$\frac{1}{Z_n} \exp\left(\textrm{Tr} (-V(M_1)-W(M_2)+\tau M_1M_2)\right)\ dM_1\ dM_2, $$ where $V$ and $W$ are given potential ...

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Vector bundles and torsion free sheaves on degenerations of elliptic curves [PDF]
In this paper we give a survey about the classification of vector bundles and torsion free sheaves on degenerations of elliptic curves. Coherent sheaves on singular curves of arithmetic genus one can be studied using the technique of matrix problems or ...

Matrix transformations of some sequence spaces [PDF]
This paper is a continuation of [1]. We begin with the notations for the sequence spaces considered in this paper. Let Γ be the space of sequences x = {xp} of complex numbers such that |xp|1/p⃗0 as p⃗∞. Γ can also be regarded as the space of integral functions f(z) = .
