Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

NON-ISOTROPIC SINGULAR INTEGRALS AND MAXIMAL OPERATORS ALONG SURFACES OF REVOLUTION
NNSF of China [10931001, 10871173, 11071200]; NSF of Fujian Province of China [2010J01013]The authors establish the L-p-mapping properties for a class of non-isotropic singular integrals along surfaces of revolution as well as the related maximal ...

Maximal or Greatest Homomorphic Images of Given Type
Let Q be a quasi-ordered set with respect to ⩽ ; that is, the order ⩽ is reflexive and transitive. An element a of Q is called maximal (minimal) ifa is called greatest (smallest) ifObviously a greatest (smallest) element is maximal (minimal). A greatest (

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Maximal and Primitive Elements in Weyl Modules for TypeA2
The author finds all maximal and primitive elements in Verma modules of the quantized Frobenius kernel and Weyl modules for type \(A_2\). The quantized enveloping algebras are at roots of unity. His methods are based on the results of his earlier paper [Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci. 32, 235-276 (1996; Zbl 0874.17013)] and on some ideas of \textit{R.

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

The largest prime dividing the maximal order of an element of 𝑆_{𝑛}
We define g ( n ) g(n) to be the maximal order of an element of the symmetric group on n elements. Results about the prime factorization of g ( n ) g(n) allow

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
