Efficacy of Inebilizumab in N‐MOmentum Trial Participants With or Without Prior Immunosuppressants
ABSTRACT This post hoc analysis examined the impact of prior immunosuppressants on the long‐term efficacy and safety of inebilizumab, a cluster of differentiation 19+ B‐cell–depleting monoclonal antibody, in participants with aquaporin‐4–seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder from the N‐MOmentum trial (NTC02200770).

Invariants of a maximal unipotent subgroup and equidimensionality
Let U be a maximal unipotent subgroup of a semisimple group G. If G acts on an affine variety X, then it was proved by Hadžiev (1967) that there is a finitely generated k-algebra A such that k[X]U≃(k[X]⊗A)G.

On a maximal subgroup of the Thompson simple group
The present paper deals with a maximal subgroup of the Thompson group, namely the group $2^{1+8}_{+}{^{\cdot}}A_{9}:= \overline{G}.$ We compute its conjugacy classes using the coset analysis method, its inertia factor groups and Fischer matrices, which ...

Sylow towers in groups where the index of every non-nilpotent maximal subgroup is prime
In this paper, we prove that if every non-nilpotent maximal subgroup of a finite group [Formula: see text] has prime index then [Formula: see text] has a Sylow tower.

ABSTRACT Objective Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) is one of the most debilitating and common muscular dystrophies. Despite its severity, no approved therapy exists for FSHD patients. However, several therapeutic candidates are currently under development, and some have recently entered clinical trials, marking the need for reliable ...

Independence and maximal subgroups
\(G\) denotes a finite group and \(M(G)\) the set of all maximal subgroups of \(G\). A simplicial complex \((M,{\mathcal T})\) is a finite set \(M\) and a set \(\mathcal T\) of subsets of \(M\) such that: (1) If \(m\in M\), then \(\{m\}\in{\mathcal T}\). (2) If \(A\in{\mathcal T}\) and \(B\subset A\), then \(B\in{\mathcal T}\).

A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐

Cognitive and Neuroimaging Divergence Between Juvenile and Adult FUS Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Fused in sarcoma (FUS)‐associated juvenile ALS (jALS) represents a distinct and aggressive subgroup with rapid deterioration and poor prognosis.

On p-groups with a maximal elementary abelian normal subgroup of rank k
There are several results in the literature concerning p-groups G with a maximal elementary abelian normal subgroup of rank k due to Thomp- son, Mann and others. Following an idea of Sambale we obtain bounds for the number of generators etc.
