Cancer vaccines face limitations in pancreatic cancer due to insufficient tumor antigens. This ionic liquid ILvax via local tumor delivery triggers robust cDC1‐dependent systemic anti‐tumor immunity. It boosts endogenous CD8+ T cells and optimizes adoptive TCR‐T function, providing a promising synergistic therapeutic strategy.

An Experimental Investigation of the General Instability of Ring-Stiffened, Unpressurized, Thin-Walled Cylinders Under Axial Compression [PDF]
Eight different series of thin-walled Mylar cylinders were tested experimentally to investigate the general instability of ring-stiffened, unpressurized, thin-walled cylinders under axial compressive loading. The primary objectives for these tests were:

ABSTRACT In this paper, we trace the journey to create the Strong Roots for our Futures Program, a government program to resource and support Traditional Owners to undertake a range of activities in areas where no state recognition existed. Sjögren disease (SjD) is a common systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation of the exocrine glands, resulting in dryness. Patients frequently exhibit extraglandular manifestations affecting various organ systems. To date, there are no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)‐approved disease‐modifying therapies for SjD. In this review, we

Abstract This scoping review has explored the interventions and approaches used by teachers in mainstream (general education) primary schools (students aged 4–11) to support self‐regulation skill development in the classroom. The review followed the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA‐ScR) guidelines for reporting and was guided by the Joanna ...

ABSTRACT Cells sense the stiffness of their extracellular matrix (ECM) and adapt their behavior accordingly. We investigated how ECM stiffness affects the spatial organization of talin1, a key mechanosensitive focal adhesion protein. Using polyacrylamide (PA) hydrogels with tunable stiffnesses (0.2–188 kPa), we analyzed cell morphology, migration ...

Classroom boundaries and teacher agency: Challenges of implementing Ireland's new primary curriculum
Abstract This article reports on a doctoral study examining teacher agency in one Irish primary school at a timely moment ahead of the implementation of the new Primary Curriculum Framework in September 2025. The framework embeds teacher agency as a central professional principle, yet findings from this study reveal a more cautious and bounded reality.

3D printing of fluorine‐free omniphobic surfaces
Our work demonstrates that the simple and inexpensive digital light processing three‐dimensional printing can be used to fabricate micropillar arrays with doubly reentrant and triply reentrant features. The printed fluorine‐free surfaces display omniphobicity and resist the wetting of liquids with a wide range of surface tensions.
