A DNA G‐Quadruplex‐Targeting Ligand Suppresses c‐MYC Expression: Implications for Gemcitabine‑Resistant Pancreatic Cancer

PQB‐4, a fluorescent small‐molecule ligand that targets c‐MYC DNA G‐quadruplexes (G4s), showed marked synergy with gemcitabine in resistant PANC‐1 cells (CI = 0.027). Defect‐Symmetry Engineered Gyroidal Photonic Crystals Achieve Monotonic Modulation of Bandgap Width With a Stable Mid‐Gap

Inspired by the twin grain boundary discovered in natural gyroidal networks, a series of gyroid‐derived photonic crystals are constructed based on defect‐symmetry engineering. The new series of structures enables monotonic tuning of the width of the photonic bandgap (PBG) while the central frequency of the PBG maintains stable.

Surface‐Functionalized MXene for Enhanced Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction
