Nanoparticle‐Modified Nanofibers Induce Ferroptosis and Stimulate Antitumor Immunity for Melanoma Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 1, 5 January 2026.
This study presents a nanoparticle‐embedded nanofiber (5F/STFM/R‐ES) to inhibit melanoma growth and reduce the risk of metastasis and recurrence. The drug delivery system induces ferroptosis and potentiates immunotherapy through resiquimod (R848) and Fe/Mn‐based metal‐polyphenol networks (TFM).

Bimetallic Nanozyme Amplifier for Synergistic Ferroptosis‐Cuproptosis and Metabolic Reprogramming to Reshape Immunosuppressive Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 1, 5 January 2026.
The Bimetallic Nanozyme Amplifier (PEG@AuCZ@CC) to maximize hydrogen peroxide production and reprogram tumor metabolism from glycolysis to oxidative phosphorylation. This shift enhances ferroptotic/cuproptotic signaling cascades and creates a glucose‐enriched but lactate‐depleted tumor microenvironment (TME), effectively overcoming immune tolerance in ...

Engineering Metal‐Organic‐Framework‐Based STING Nanoagonists for PROTAC‐Enhanced Cancer Chemo‐Metalloimmunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 2, 9 January 2026.
Schematic overview of PROTAC‐enhanced chemo‐metalloimmunotherapy, integrating senescence induction, multi‐modal STING pathway activation, PD‐L1 blockade, and immune amplification via coordinated PROTACs, metal ions, and chemotherapy to elicit robust antitumor immunity and circumvent immune evasion.

Nonsteroidal Anti‐Inflammatory Drugs and Risk of Gastrointestinal Bleeding: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, Volume 119, Issue 1, Page 46-62, January 2026.
Nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used for pain and inflammation but are associated with gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. While this risk is well established, most studies evaluate NSAIDs as a homogenous class, limiting clinical decision‐making based on individual agent safety.

SAMOS Air‐Sea Fluxes: 2005–2024

open access: yesGeoscience Data Journal, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2026.
The MarineFlux project created a dataset of air/sea turbulent fluxes for 2005–2024 using three bulk flux algorithms and input data from a collection of research vessels contributing to the Shipboard Automated Meteorological and Oceanographic Systems (SAMOS) initiative.
