On the optimization of heterogeneous MDDs
IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 2005This paper proposes minimization algorithms for the memory size and the average path length (APL) of heterogeneous multivalued decision diagrams (MDDs). In a heterogeneous MDD, each multivalued variable can take different domains. To represent a binary logic function using a heterogeneous MDD, we partition the binary variables into groups with ...

Performance Improvement of MDD Tools
2006 10th IEEE International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference Workshops (EDOCW'06), 2006From first to mature versions of Model-Driven Development (MDD) tools, there is a gap, as for any other software applications. All functional requirements must be met, including qualities of services, at the risk of seeing MDD tools rejected by users. In this paper, we focus on performance, especially for large-scale developments.

Proceedings 30th IEEE International Symposium on Multiple-Valued Logic (ISMVL 2000), 2002
Decision Diagrams (DDs) are a data structure for the representation and manipulation of discrete logic functions often applied in VLSI CAD. Common DDs to represent Boolean functions are Binary Decision Diagrams (BDDs). Multiple-valued logic functions can be represented by multiple-valued Decision Diagrams (MDDs).

MDDs: Sampling and Probability Constraints
2017We propose to combine two successful techniques of Artificial Intelligence: sampling and Multi-valued Decision Diagrams (MDDs). Sampling, and notably Markov sampling, is often used to generate data resembling to a corpus. However, this generation has usually to respect some additional constraints, for instance to avoid plagiarism or to respect some ...

MDD for Virtual Organization Design
2010This paper presents an approach to design a Virtual Organization using MDD (Model Driven Development), in a fast and simple way. This approach employs a meta-model of Virtual Organization which has concepts and components at a suitable level of abstraction so that it can be implemented on different systems. The user will design the system for different

Vortioxetine for MDD in Adolescents
2022More pharmacologic options are needed for adolescents with MDD given that there are only 2 approved drugs: Fluoxetine and escitalopram. According to these results, we cannot currently recommend vortioxetine for routine use in adolescents with MDD.

How To Make A Million (Mdd Cases)
European Neuropsychopharmacology, 2019Overall Abstract It is now obvious that for GWAS more is better, and this is particularly true for psychiatric traits, as attested by recent advances for depression. Attaining N=1,000,000 seems a feasible and desirable aim for MDD and for other mental disorders. A corollary is that traditional clinical diagnosis is not feasible and that other minimal

Abstract We began the Genomic Aggregation Project in Sweden (GAPS) in 4/2016. Genomic data existed on >200K Swedes, and to leverage the investments that made these data, aggregating these data is an obvious first step. We have formed a consortium, recruited investigators from across Sweden, worked out the ethical-regulatory framework, and set up a ...

Brexpiprazole in Maintenance MDD
2019Brexpiprazole has outperformed placebo as an adjunct to antidepressants in major depressive disorder in 6-week studies but not in this 6-month study. Remarkably, this industry-sponsored study was published in a prominent journal. This study used an advanced trial design.
