An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

The information content in bond model residuals: an empirical study on the Belgian bond market. [PDF]
We estimate daily Vasicek, CIR, and spline models on Belgian data and compare the trading profits that can be made on the basis of the model residuals. Abnormal returns are negatively related to lagged mispricing.

ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.

Interplay Between Phase Evolution, Fe Migration, and Oxygen Redox in O3‐Type NaxFeyMn1−yO2 Cathodes
Why do Na‐ion battery cathodes, that are compositionally closely related, follow different structural paths during battery operation? This work shows how Fe content controls when iron atoms migrate from their original sites. Early migration locks the layers and blocks key phase transitions, whereas delayed migration permits fuller structural ...

Error measures in quantitative structure-retention relationships studies
An analysis and comparison of the use of four commonly used error measures (mean absolute error, percentage mean absolute error, root mean square error, and percentage root mean square error) for evaluating the predictive ability of quantitative ...

Discriminatory performance of error metrics in selected Non-linear models
MCom (Statistics), North-West University, Mafikeng CampusThe purpose of this study is to determine the discriminatory performance of the error metrics on two non-linear models, specifically the Markov Switching Autoregressive (MS-AR) models and the ...

Solution‐processed Cu(bdc) forms prototypical MOF thin films for which a multitude of not fully satisfactory structural models have been suggested. Combining rotating grazing‐incidence diffraction and X‐ray reflectivity on two complementary samples with density‐functional theory, we first discard the previously suggested models and then identify a non ...

Metasurfaces and other structured photonic environments can dramatically modify the absorption and/or light emission of semiconductors. However, the consequences of these changes on the temperature of the system are not well understood. The authors address this problem for colloidal nanocrystals and leverage their findings to convert light into ...
