In this paper, we establish two new stochastic orders, DMTFR (decreasing mean time to failure or replaced) and GDMTFR (generalized decreasing mean time to failure or replaced), and mainly investigate properties of the GDMTFR order. Some characterizations of the GDMTFR order are given.
