In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

予習は歴史の背景因果の理解を深める上で有効であるが, 先行研究では, そのような予習の効果はすべての学習者に見られるわけではないことが指摘されている。そこで本研究では, 地域教育のプログラムの中で, 中学2年生を対象とした5日間の学習講座を実施し, 学習者を歴史の背景因果の理解へと方向づける予習活動について, 探索的に検討を行った。講座2日目の介入では, 予習時に質問を生成させた上で解答作成を行わせたが, このような予習を行わせた場合, 授業で扱われる内容に関する質問が生成されないなどの問題が生じた。そこで講座3日目からは, 背景因果を問う質問を提示した上で, 解答作成と自信度評定を行わせるようにした。その結果, 質問を提示しただけの統制予習群に比べ, 解答作成と自信度評定を行った方向づけ予習群は,
