BROJA-2PID: A Robust Estimator for Bivariate Partial Information Decomposition
Makkeh, Theis, and Vicente found that Cone Programming model is the most robust to compute the Bertschinger et al. partial information decomposition (BROJA PID) measure.

On Equivalence of Probability Measures
Let $H$ be a real and separable Hilbert space, $\Gamma$ the Borel $\sigma$-field of $H$ sets, and $\mu_1$ and $\mu_2$ two probability measures on $(H, \Gamma)$. Several sufficient conditions for equivalence (mutual absolute continuity) of $\mu_1$ and $\mu_2$ are obtained in this paper.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Equivalent Condition of the Measure Shadowing Property on Metric Spaces
The concept referred to as the measure shadowing property for a dynamical system on compact metric space has recently been introduced, acting as an extension of the classical shadowing property by using the property of the Borel measures on the phase ...

Does fertility decrease household consumption? [PDF]
This paper presents an empirical analysis of the relationship between fertility and a direct measure of poverty for Indonesia, a country, which has experienced unprecedented economic growth and sharp fertility declines over recent decades.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

A Note on Equivalences in Measuring Returns to Scale in Multi-output-multi-input Technologies [PDF]
In this article we show equivalence between the input oriented and output oriented scale elasticity measures for multi-output, multi-input technologies. We show the necessary and sufficient condition for this equivalence.
