Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.

Measurement and Instrument Design
Journal of Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nursing, 2010The soundness and robustness of research depend on the quality of data collection. An overview of the important considerations when developing an instrument for data collection is presented in this article. These considerations include theoretical issues fundamental to instrument development, conceptual model development, selection of instrument types,

INSTRUMENTATION FOR THYROID MEASUREMENT*
The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 1953THE problems arising from the use of radioactive iodine, both in the study of thyroid physiology and in its applications to routine thyroid tests, may be roughly divided into three categories. The first is the absolute determination of the quantity of radioactive iodine within a region in the body, e.g., the thyroid gland itself; the second is the ...

It has been established that the centre of the hard palate does not change after tooth loss and can be used as a reference area from which changes in the alveolar bone may be measured. A mechanical instrument was made for this purpose but, although giving reproducible results, the technique was tedious and time-consuming.
