X.—A New Way of Measuring the Velocity of Light
Proceedings of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Section A. Mathematical and Physical Sciences, 1941During the past four years I have been developing a new method of measuring the velocity of light. I had intended to defer publication until the method was perfected, but progress is becoming increasingly difficult owing to war conditions. So I give here an account of the progress already made.

On the Measurement of the Velocity of Light Emitted by an Ultrarelativistic Source
Russian Physics Journal, 2015By analytical calculations it has been shown that in papers on the measurement of the velocity of light published in 2011 in the journals Uspekhi Fizicheskikh Nauk [Physics–Uspekhi] and Pis’ma v ZhETF [JRTP Letters], in actual fact the velocity of a light pulse from a relativistic clot of electrons was not measured. All that was done was to compare the

A resonant cavity method of measuring the velocity of light
1954NOTE: Text or symbols not renderable in plain ASCII are indicated by [...]. Abstract is included in .pdf document. A contribution to the precision measurement of the velocity of light is described. The experiment makes use of a circular cylindrical cavity operating in the [...] mode and resonant in the 3 centimeter region.

Measurement of the Velocity of Light Through μ0, ε0
American Journal of Physics, 1963An instructional laboratory experiment is described in which the velocity of light is determined using resonance in a series circuit of a standard inductance and a standard capacitance by measuring the geometric dimensions of the reactors and the frequency of resonance. With appropriate corrections to the simple formulas, an accuracy of about 1% can be

A Resonant Cavity Method of Measuring the Velocity of Light
1949A method is proposed to determine the velocity of propagation of electromagnetic waves by means of a resonant cavity. A circular cylindrical cavity is used operating in the TE011 mode. It is shown that for a particular length-to- diameter ratio, the resonance frequency is only a function of the cavity volume and the velocity of electromagnetic waves ...
