Modular multilevel converter with modified half-bridge submodule and arm filter for dc transmission systems with DC fault blocking capability [PDF]
Although a modular multilevel converter (MMC) is universally accepted as a suitable converter topology for the high voltage dc transmission systems, its dc fault ride performance requires substantial improvement in order to be used in critical ...

Mechanism and suppression of breaking overvoltage of DC circuit breakers
Abstract The occurrence of breaking overvoltage in a DC circuit breaker (DCCB) poses a potential threat to the safe operation of a DC grid. Based on the structure of the ±10 kV three‐terminal DC distribution network, this paper sets up the medium‐voltage DCCB and formulates a fault protection strategy. Additionally, a simulation model

Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.
